The undersigned, being of legal age (21) and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the activities identified above, hereby agree to assume full responsibility for any risk resulting from participation in any activity and I further agree to release, acquit and forever discharge North Pole Entertainment LLC from any and all liability claims, cause of action demands, expenses of every kind which may arise out of or relate to the activity that is the subject matter of this executed form. I further acknowledge that this release of liability is full, complete, comprehensive, and plenary and covers all injuries, damages, losses, known and unknown, accrued and unaccrued, which may hereafter develop arising out of or otherwise related to the activities that are the subject matter of this agreement.

I understand that I am 100% responsible for my actions as a participant of the Santa's Single Mingle Pub Crawl.

The above statement includes my visits to participating establishments, on buses, with participants of this event, as well as with anyone who is not participating in this event.

I understand that I am 100% responsible for finding safe way home after the Santa's Single Mingle Pub Crawl.

I acknowledge that I have been given information by North Pole Entertainment LLC that provides me with multiple names and phone numbers of hotels and cab companies in an effort to provide me with a safe way home and/or a safe place to stay in the event I am not able to legally operate a vehicle and get home safely.

I understand that my dollars paid to participate in this activity go toward expenses in organizing this event. These expense include transportation, food and beverages, entrance fees to participating establishments, prizes, web site setup, as well as any other unforeseen expenses that North Pole Entertainment LLC may assume either before, during, or after the event I am participating in.

Registration not refundable. If the event is cancelled for whatever reason, tickets will be good for the postponed date.

Finally: No Smoking on the Buses
